研究型本科生毕业设计(论文)团队培养模式的建设与思考

Construction and thoughts on team cooperation mode for researching oriented undergraduate graduation project design / paper

以黑龙江八一农垦大学生命科学技术学院、食品学院和韩国江陵大学生命学院本科生毕业设计(论文)的实施为例,采用对比的方法,比较和探索两所院校研究型本科生毕业团队建设异同。强调团队协作、自主选题、学生组长负责、Seminar制度和考核等环节在毕业设计(论文)中的作用,为培养研究型和应用型人才提供新的建设模式、实践教学模式和人才培养模式。

To compare and explore the similarities and differences of the team cooperation mode for researching oriented undergraduate graduation project design between college of life science and technology,food college of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University,and college of life science of Korea Gangneung University,the method of the examples and comparison was used. The mode of team cooperation emphasized the importance of the cooperation,self-titled choose,responsibility of student leader,seminar,and test in graduation project design. This team cooperation mode might provide some new constructive,practice teaching,and personnel training mode for training research and applied talents.
