论高校辅导员网络思想政治教育工作能力提升——基于高校辅导员职业能力建设的视角

On College Counselors' Improvement of Professional Ability in Their Web-based Ideological and Moral Education

教育部出台的《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》明确了高校辅导员网络思想政治教育的工作领域和能力要求,然而目前高校辅导员的工作实践在工作内容、工作对象、工作技能等方面仍与该标准的要求存在明显差距。高校辅导员应从理论素养、法律法规、价值引导、专业技能等方面出发,切实提升网络思想政治教育工作能力。

＂College Counselors’ Occupational Ability Standard（provisional）＂ issued by Ministry of Education clarifies counselors’ work field and capability requirement in their web-based ideological and moral education. However,counselors’ work practice still has some weaknesses in the aspects of work contents,work objects and work skills. Therefore,in order to improve their ability in web-based ideological and moral education,counselors should make great efforts in theoretical attainment,laws and regulations,value guidance and professional skills.
