利用农艺措施调控香稻香气及品质的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 香稻因含有2-乙酰基-1-吡咯啉(2-AP)可发出清新的香气,且有着优良的品质,受到世人所青睐.通过农艺措施的调整,可改善香稻香气及品质,满足社会所需.为给香稻的生产及田间管理提供参考依据,从播期、种植密度、肥水运筹、增香剂调控及超声波技术等方面阐述了香稻香气及品质改善的途径. Aromatic rice has excellent quality and fresh aroma because it contains 2-acety-1-pyrroline,favored by the world.The use of agronomic measures can improve the aroma and quality of fragrant rice,to meet the needs of the world.The way to improve the aroma and quality of aromatic rice was reviewed from the aspects of sowing date,density,watering and nitrogen-dressing,aroma regulator regulation and ultrasonic wave technology and so on in order to provide reference for the production and management of aromatic rice.
