摘要 正确解读Meta分析对于证据的正确呈现是非常重要的。本文从纳入文献的全面性、研究结果的真实性、研究的异质性、Meta分析结果的精确性和倾向性5个方面分析和解读Meta分析,为临床医生、科研人员和其他Meta分析的使用者提供参考。 The correct understanding of Meta-analysis plays a crucial role in the correct presentation of evidence.The article interprets Meta-analysis from five aspects,regarding the completeness of study inclusion,the authenticity of the results,the heterogeneity of research,the precision and tendency of the results,to provide the references for the clinician,scientists and other Meta-analysis users.
