左室心肌致密化不全的临床诊断现状 被引量：5

摘要 左室心肌致密化不全（left ventricular noncompaction,LVNC）是一种与遗传相关的心肌病,又称海绵状心肌或心肌窦状隙持续状态,通常左心室受累多见,少数可累及右心室。LVNC的人群发病率为0.014%～0.3%[1-3]。该疾病可孤立存在,或与其他先天性心脏畸形并存,充血性心力衰竭、心律失常和血栓形成及栓塞事件是三大常见并发症,也是主要致死原因。
