摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性最常见的内分泌代谢紊乱性疾病,其特征表现为稀发排卵、高雄激素血症、卵巢多囊样改变,患者还存在过度早期卵泡发育和减弱的优势卵泡选择。抗苗勒管激素(AMH)主要表达于次级、窦前和小的窦状卵泡的颗粒细胞。由于血AMH水平与PCOS卵泡发育障碍之间的相关性,使得近十几年来两者间的研究渐趋深入,现将AMH与PCOS相关的内分泌指标、临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断等方面的进展做一综述。 Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common disease of endocrine-metabolic dysfunction in women of reproductive age. PCOS is characterized by the presence of oligoovulation or anovulation (OA), hyperandrogenism (HA) and polycystic ovary morphology. PCOS has excessive early follicular growth and impaired selection of dominant follicles. Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is mainly expressed by the granular cells of secondary follicle, preantral follicle and small antral follicle. Depth research of the correlation between AMH and PCOS has been carried out during the last decades. The paper reviews the correlation between AMH and endocrine index, clinicalmanifestations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis of PCOS.
