摘要
通过有限元仿真软件对传感器进行建模求解,检验传感器磁路设计的合理性以及在实际实验中的实用性。仿真结果表明,该传感器独特的结构形式改善了铁磁材料的导磁环境,使得铁磁材料被均匀磁化,能够得到明显的检测信号,并且能够达到实际所要求的磁通值。
Through the finite element simulation software of sensor modeling solution, to verify the rationality of the design of magnetic circuit of sensors and practical in actual experiments. The simulation results show that the sensor's unique structure to improve the permeability of ferromagnetic materials are environment, makes the ferromagnetic materials is uniform magnetization, can get clear signal, and can meet the requirements of practical experiments, the magnetic flux values.
