煤矿用钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带带面检测统计分析

通过对神东矿区矿井带式输送机煤矿用钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带磨耗性检测及在用输送带带面状态检测分别进行统计分析,并对钢丝芯输送带报废失效形式、带面磨损原因、对比3种钢丝绳芯输送带磨耗性、神东内部暂行输送带检测报废标准进行分析,提出提高MT668-2008标准输送带磨耗性等措施以提高输送带使用寿命,降低煤炭企业机电成本。

According to statistics and analysis the abrasion testing of new steel cord fire resistant conveyor belt for coal mine and the conveyor belt surface status testing in use in Shendong coal mine, with analysis the failure form of conveyor belt,cause, compare the abrasion of three kinds of steel cord conveyor belt,shendong internal belt testing standard, advising enhance highly the abrasion of the steel cord fire resistant conveyor belt for coal mine to prolong the life of conveyor belt,then reduce the cost of coal enterprise.
