为解决30000kN液压支架试验装备多缸同步控制、远程自动调压、信息共享等难题,应用计算机技术、网络通信技术、虚拟仪器技术、电液比例控制技术和自动测试技术,开发一套30000kN液压支架试验装备测控系统及视频监视系统,重点阐述了系统架构设计、系统软硬件设计、网络通信技术等。
In order to solve the 30 000 kN hydraulic support test equipment of multi cylinder synchronous control,remote automatic voltage regulation,information sharing problems, the paper applies computer technology, network communication technology, virtual instrument technology, electro- hydraulic proportional control technology and automatic testing technology, the development of a set of 30 000 kN hydraulic support test equipment control system and video monitoring system, the paper focuses on the system architecture design,the hardware and software system design and network communication technology etc..
