自主研制一种多功能液动压力机,主要由龙门框架、工作台、底座、平衡撑架和液压系统组成,其特点是利用液压执行机构和工作台上安装的模具,在短时间内对工件材料施加巨大的压力,使其分离或一次成形,实现了设备配件的快速拆解和加工件的量产,从而更好地解决了当前煤矿生产中常遇到的拆装维修及修旧利废的难题,提高了工作效率、节省了人力资源。
