针对煤矿安全问题,提出一种基于TD-SCDMA的井下专用SIP语音系统。该系统支持TD终端,支持SIP终端,并能够互融互通;能接入标准SIP终端,并与移动网络互通;支持SIP User Agent功能,能将移动用户接入SIP Server,与SIP网络、软交换服务器、IP-PBX等互通。经过测试,该系统具有良好的稳定性与安全性,并能有效提高煤矿生产的安全性。

A TD-SCDMA based SIP voice system is proposed for coal mine safety. The system supports TD terminal, SIP terminals, and is able to communicate with each other; The system can access standard SIP terminal, and can communicate with the mobile network; support User Agent SIP capabilities, can connect mobile users to Server SIP, and SIP network, soft switch server, IP-PBX and other exchange. After the test, the system has good stability and security, and can effectively improve the safety of coal mine production.
