高职会展策划与管理专业工学结合培养模式研究与实践

Research and Practices on Talent Cultivation of the Exhibition Planning and Management Specialty at Vocational College under the“Enterprise-college”Cooperative Mechanism

由于会展教育存在起步晚、教育理论体系不完善、行业企业参与度低等问题,很多高职院校会展专业的人才培养模式、课程体系建设尚处于研究和探索阶段。本文在分析高职院校会展策划与管理专业人才培养现存问题及产生原因的基础上,提出深化校企合作、实施工学结合人才培养模式必要性和可行性。在天津市高水平示范性高等职业院校建设契机下,天津城市职业学院会展策划与管理专业设计并实践了工学结合人才培养模式,在"工作过程导向"课程体系的开发、校企共享资源平台和实习实践平台的建设等方面上取得了一定的成绩,对国内高职院校会展策划与管理专业人才培养模式研究和改革具有借鉴意义。

exhibition education started late,the theoretical system is not perfect yet.Besides,not many enterprises in the industry have attended the education.So as a result,many vocational colleges are in the research stage on exhibition talent cultivation,and the curriculum system.After deep analysis on the current problems faced by vocational college on cultivation of talent of planning and management of exhibition,as well as the causes,the paper proposes that it is necessary and feasible to deepen cooperation between college and enterprise to train talent.Tianjin is now establishing high-level higher vocational college.Under the context,the exhibition planning and management specialty at Tianjin City Vocational College designs and practices the system to cultivate talents under the＂enterprise-college＂cooperative mechanism.Achievement has been made in development of＂working procedure directed＂curriculum,establishment of resources sharing platform and the practices platform.It is of reference for research and reform on talent cultivation of the exhibition planning and management specialty at domestic vocational college.
