正常人月经周期子宫内膜变化及机制 被引量:26

摘要 正常月经周期包括增殖期、分泌期和月经期,受雌、孕激素调节。月经期雌、孕激素水平下调,子宫内膜功能层崩解、脱落,月经来潮后子宫内膜进行修复与再生。在增殖期,雌激素水平上调,使子宫内膜表面上皮、腺体、血管呈增殖性变化。在分泌期,雌、孕激素与其受体结合后,子宫内膜腺体出现分泌现象,血管进行性弯曲,间质疏松水肿。多种细胞因子和信号通路参与子宫内膜的周期性变化过程。
