摘要
采用磷酸盐-锰酸盐体系化学转化方法在镁合金表面制备了一层无铬转化膜。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、电化学测试、盐水浸泡试验等手段,对转化膜的形貌、成分及耐蚀性进行了检测。结果表明:制备的磷酸盐-锰酸盐转化膜可以明显提高镁合金的耐蚀性。
Chrome-free conversion coating was prepared on magnesium alloy using chemical conversion method in phosphate-manganate electrolyte system. The morphology, compositions and corrosion resistance of conversion coating were tested by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, electrochemical measurement and salt solution immersion test. Results showed that the prepared phosphate-manganate conversion coating can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy.
