摘要
为了提高热镀锌板的耐蚀性,提出了一种新型三价铬钝化工艺,并将其与传统六价铬钝化工艺进行了比较。采用中性盐雾试验及电化学方法研究了钝化膜的电化学腐蚀行为,并利用扫描电镜观察了钝化膜的表面形貌。结果表明:热镀锌板经钝化处理后耐蚀性提高;三价铬钝化膜表面平整、结构致密,无明显裂纹,耐盐雾腐蚀时间长达84h,较六价铬钝化膜具有更好的耐蚀性。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, a new type of trivalent chromium passivation technology was presented, and was compared with conventional hexavalent chromium passivation technology. The electrochemical corrosion behavior of passivation film was investigated by means of neutral salt spray test and electrochemical method, and the surface morphology of passivation film was observed using scanning electron microscope. Results showed that passivation treatment improve the corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. Moreover, the trivalent chromium passivation film featuring smooth surface and compact structure without obvious cracks. Compared with hexavalent chromium passivation film, the trivalent chromium passivation film has superior corrosion resistance, the salt spray resistance time was up to 84 h.
