摘要
将消旋聚乳酸(PDLLA)和聚三亚甲基碳酸酯(PTMC)按一定比例共混,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,以流延法制成PDLLA/PTMC共混膜。采用傅里叶红外光谱、差示扫描量热分析、X射线衍射法对其进行表征。结果表明,分别加入质量分数为0%、1%、3%、5%、10%的PTMC得到的共混膜,由无定形变为半结晶型。共混膜中PTMC的含量越大,共混膜表面结晶度越高;当PTMC的质量分数为1%时,共混膜结晶度最高。PDLLA和PTMC为物理共混。PTMC可作为成核剂,诱导无定形PDLLA结晶,结晶形态为α晶型。
The blend films were achieved from the racemic polylactic acid (PDLLA) and polytrimethylene carbonate (PTMC) in a certain proportion by casting method. The blend films were characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction method. The results show that the blend films change from amorphous into semi-crystalline by 0%, 1%, 3%, 5%, 10% PTMC addition respectively. The higher the mass fraction of PTMC in the blend films, the lower crystallinity of the film surface. When the mass fraction of PTMC is 1%, the crystallinity of the blend films reaches the maximum. PDLLA and PTMC are physical blend. PTMC can be used as a nucleating agent, inducing crystallization of the amorphous PDLLA, the crystalline morphology are α polymorph.
