摘要
为了提出一种适用于一般网络结构(即辐射网、环网或两者混合)的大规模复杂配电网络的可靠性评估快速算法,文中首先对网络元件进行优化编号并分类,提出了一种前推故障扩散算法,然后基于该算法对不同分类的网络元件分别进行遍历或搜索并分块,使每个分块中的元件故障停电范围或隔离范围相同,最后对分块中各元件所涉及的负荷点累加相应的可靠性指标。该文算法一般只需对网络进行几次搜索便可找出所有元件的停电范围和隔离范围,网络搜索次数与网络规模无关。
In order to propose a reliability assessment algorithm with a rapid speed for a general structure of complicated distribution networks(i.e. radial network,meshed network and a mix of both)with the traversing times having little to do with the network size,the network elements are ordered and classified at first in this paper,and a forward failure diffusion algorithm is proposed. Then,different categories of network elements are traversed and blocked based on the algorithm,so that the elements of a block result in the same outage range and isolated range of load points(LPs). Finally,the reliability indexes for the affected LPs are computed by accumulating. All the elements' outage ranges and isolated ranges can be found with only a few times of element traversing by using the proposed algorithm.
