摘要
挡位操纵机构既是功能件又是运动件,需要有良好的安全及操作性能。现有的挡位操纵机构结构较为复杂,体积较大,成本也较高,产品之间通用性较差。该方案提供一种新的挡位操纵机构,利用新的圆周式钢球定位结构来简化挡位操纵机构的结构,减小体积,并采用组合式光电开关采集挡位信号,使挡位操纵机构使用更加方便、安全,通用性得以提高。
Shift operating mechanism is both the moving parts and the functional parts,it needs good performance of safety and operability.Existing shift operating mechanisms all have a larger volume and complex structures,at same time they have higher cost and worse versatility.A new shift operating mechanism was proposed.In the mechanism,a new ball positioning structure within circumferential way was used to simplify its structure and decrease its volume;photoelectric switch was used to acquire the shift signal,which made the shift operating mechanism better in operability,safety,and versatility.
