摘要
汽车底盘绝大多数零部件由螺栓连接,在不同路况行驶,经受横向冲击及轴向颠簸后,会出现不同程度力矩衰减、连接松动、异响等失效,严重时影响行车安全。通过几个典型的汽车底盘力矩衰减失效案例,分析其失效机制,并给出预防措施,为以后的设计提供参考和借鉴。
Most parts of the vehicle chassis are connected by bolts.Driving in different road conditions,the bolt is subjected to lateral knock and axial turbulence,there will be varying degrees of moment attenuation,connection loose,abnormal sound and so on,serious impacting on traffic safety.Several typical failure cases were analyzed,at the same time,an effective solution was given.It provides reference for future design.
