Nrf2信号通路扰动及其在化学物风险评估中的意义 被引量:5

摘要 随着科技的进步发展,新的化学物质与日俱增,依赖于动物实验、周期长且耗资巨大的传统毒性测试评定模式已经无法满足大量化学物对人类健康危害评估的需求。2007年美国国家研究委员会(NRC)发布了21世纪毒性测试:远景与策略(简称TT21C)的报告,前瞻性地指出未来化学物风险评估策略将会由传统的毒性测试评定模式向基于人源化细胞、高通量、低成本的体外方法测试策略转变。
