摘要
目的:探讨高性能塑料夹板的生物力学性能,为临床应用提供生物力学依据。方法:对高性能塑料夹板与纸质铅丝夹板进行抗弯曲力学测试,比较两者在抗弯力、抗弯强度、弯曲弹性模量及移位-受力、残余移位-受力方面的差异。结果:高性能塑料夹板的抗弯力、抗弯强度、弯曲弹性模量均优于纸质铅丝夹板,且高性能塑料夹板力学性质稳定,个体差异小,产品品质稳定。结论:高性能塑料夹板是一种理想的外固定材料,具有临床应用及推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the biomechanical propertice of high performance plastic splint,in order to provide biomechanical basis for its clinical application.Methods:Anti bending test were detected between high-performance plastic splints and paper wire splints.The max bending force,bending strength,flexible modulus,shift-force curve,and residual displacement-force curve were compared between two groups.Results:The max bending force,bending strength,and flexible modulus of high performance plastic splint were better than patper wire splint.The mechanical properties of high performance plastic splint were stable,the individual difference was small,and the product quality was stable.Conclusion:The high performance plastic splint is an ideal external fixation material to be promoted for clinical use.
