Improve the Service Efficiency ——An Important Topic to Pursue the Development

文章以一名记者的视角梳理总结了在"衡阳调研"十周年回访活动中所观察到的衡阳公共图书馆事业的发展变化,围绕服务效能的提升,指出了当前事业建设中存在的问题,并提出了今后在谋发展过程中应该注意的方面。

From the perspective of a journalist this paper reviews and summarizes the development and change of public librarianship of Heng Yang observed in the return visit activities of the 10 th anniversary of ＂Heng Yang Survey ＂. Round the ascension of the service efficiency the current problems existing in the construction, and the aspects that should be paid attention to in the process of development in the future are put forward.
