摘要
本文通过运用新型检测仪进行现场检测实验及ANSYS的热分析,然后运用算术平均法、最小二乘法及动态分析法三种数据处理方法对现场检测数据进行分析。通过大量的实验数据和模拟热分析及运用动态分析法进行数据分析得出来的结论与另外两种数据处理方法相比,平均至少可以节省1 d的检测时间。
Field test by using the new tester and thermal analysis of ANSYS was carried, and the on-situ detecting data was analyzed by three kinds of data processing method, such as arithmetic average method, least square method and the dynamic analysis method. Through a large number of experimental data and simulation of thermal analysis, using dynamic analysis method to analyze the data can save 1 day at least compared with other two kinds data processing method.
