风幕式抽油烟机对控油烟效果的数值模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过数值模拟方法,建立典型居民厨房的三维物理模型,研究风幕式抽油烟机在3种不同射流角度(15°,30°,45°)下的厨房气流速度场、流线和污染物浓度分布规律。模拟结果呈现以下规律:与传统上吸式抽油烟机相比,在相同排风量情况下,厨房区域各点对油烟的捕捉速度增大24%以上,烹饪操作区域油烟浓度显著降低,且风幕的存在抑制了边角区域涡流的形成;当射流角度a=30°时,控制速度提升最快,油烟既能顺利排出,又防止了油烟排出路径过于靠近墙壁而粘附的二次污染。 The typical kitchen physical model was built in the paper, the CFD method was used to get the velocity field, stream line chart and the distributions ofoil fumes concentration in three jet angles (15°, 30°, 45°). Results show that the speed of controlling lampblack increase over 24% and the concentration of oil fames decrease significantly compared to traditional oil fume extraction systems. At the same time, the formation of vortex was restrained because of the air curtain. When the jet angle a = 30°, the lampblack capture efficiency was the highest, not only make the oil fumes discharged but also avoid secondary pollution.
