环氧化SBS改性环氧树脂的研究

摘要 采用相转移催化法对线性苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)三嵌段共聚物环氧化改性,成功制备出环氧值为39mol/100g的两亲性嵌段共聚物eSBS39,用于环氧树脂(E-51)/脂肪胺(DL19)固化体系的改性。结果表明,添加一定量的eSBS能有效降低E-51/DL-19固化物的刚度,增加固化物的韧性;eSBS的用量对增韧效果起决定性的影响,对于eSBS39而言,3质量份(每100质量份树脂中的加入量)为增韧E-51/DL19体系的最小值;添加eSBS在一定程度上降低了固化物的玻璃化转变温度以及该体系的粘接能力。 The phase transfer catalytic method was used to prepare the epoxidized linear styrene- butadienestyrene triblock copolymer(SBS),then the amphiphilic block copolymer with epoxidation degree of 39 mol%(eSBS39) was successfully obtained and used in the epoxy resin(E-51)/fatty amine(DL19) curing system modification. Results showed that a certain amount of eSBS effectively reduced the system stiffness and increased the toughness for the cured E-51/DL-19; the e SBS amount was a decisive factor for the toughening effect for eSBS39,3 phr(mass) was the threshold value for toughening E-51/DL19; adding eSBS to some extent,reduced the glass transition temperature of the cured and the adhesive ability of the s ystem.
