摘要
研究了纳米丁腈橡胶改性环氧树脂。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC),热失重分析仪(TG),力学性能测试仪及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试手段,确定了固化反应体系的固化工艺,比较了不同纳米丁腈橡胶粒子含量对环氧树脂浇铸体玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、热稳定性能、力学性能的影响,并观察了改性剂对脆断及拉断断面形貌的影响。结果表明,该固化体适用于室温固化成型中温后固化的固化工艺;纳米丁腈橡胶的加入对浇铸体的玻璃化温度影响较小,适量纳米丁腈粒子能够与环氧树脂基体发生反应增加浇铸体的密度,一定程度上提高浇铸体的耐热性;纳米丁腈粒子能够有效地增加浇铸体的柔性,降低刚度,增韧效果明显。
In this paper,the nano-nitrile rubber modified epoxy resin was studied. The DSC,TG,Universal tensile machine and SEM were used to determine the curing process of the curing reaction system,compare the effect of the nano-nitrile rubber particles content on the Tg,thermal stability and mechanical properties of the epoxy resin casting body and observe the effect of the modifying agent on the morphology of brittle and tensile fracture surfaces. The results showed that for this curing system it was suited to use the curing at room temperature curing and the post curing at moderate temperature then the addition of nano-nitrile rubber had less effect on the Tg of casting body,a appropriate amount of nitrile nanoparticles could react with epoxy resin matrix and increased the density and to some extent the heat resistance of the casting body; the nitrile nanoparticles effectively increasec the casting body flexibility,reduced the stiffness and had obvious toughening effect.
