建筑设计冗余、硅酮结构密封胶高标准要求及应用质量控制为我国幕墙粘接结构经受强地震、强台风考验提供了坚实基础。粘接失效是影响幕墙安全的不确定因素,应通过现场原位加载检测统计粘接体系承载力的试验研究,建立检出脱胶异常和失效程度判定的试验方法,为建筑幕墙可靠性鉴定提供试验依据。

The design redundancy,high standard requirements of the silicone structural sealant and application of the quality control in our curtain wall adhesive structure provide a solid foundation foe the tests subjected to the strong earthquake and powerful typhoon. The adhesive failure is an uncertain factor affecting the safety of curtain walls,the statistical experimental study of in-situ loading test on the bearing capacity of the adhesive system should be carried out and the test methods of degumming anomaly detection and failure degree determination should be established to provide the experimental bases for the reliability appraisal of building curtain wall.
