摘要
【目的】加快新疆杏资源的分类优选。【方法】对35份新疆杏的11项果实品质指标的变异情况、性状间相关性进行分析,对不同品质类型的杏资源进行聚类和类型评价。【结果】杏果实的11个品质性状除了可食率均存在15%以上的变异系数,其中糖酸比最大,总酸次之;单果质量与果实大小、杏核大小、核仁大小、果肉厚、核壳厚之间呈极显著正相关,与可食率呈显著正相关;可溶性固形物含量与总糖含量、糖酸比呈极显著正相关,与总酸含量呈极显著负相关;通过系统聚类将35个杏品种依据11个品质指标聚为五类。【结论】明确了35份新疆杏的品质类型和初步的加工用途,为新疆杏品种育种目标的制定和加工品种优选提供参考。
【Objective】In order to enhance classification and preference of apricot germplasms in Xinjiang.【Method】This paper took 11 fruit quality characters of 35 apricot germplasms in Xinjiang as research object. The variation instance,characters correlations,cluster analysis and evaluation of fruit types were obtained. 【Result】The variation coefficient of 11 fruit characters was 15%,sugar- acid ratio showed largest variation coefficient,the second was total acid; There was a very significant positive correlation between fruit mass and flesh thickness,shell thickness of stone,the size of fruit,stone,kernel. And fruit mass had significant positive correlation with ratio of edibility. There was a very significant positive correlation between soluble solid content and total sugar,sugar- acid ratio. And soluble solid content and total acid showed a very significant negative correlation; Five sorts were given by cluster analysis based on 11 fruit quality indexes.【Conclusion】It has been clear about the different types characteristic and preliminary processing purposes of 35 apricot germplasms in Xinjiang,which would be quite useful for the breeding goals establishment and preference of apricot processing resources in Xinjiang.
