干旱胁迫条件下施用保水剂对棉花植株生理生化的影响 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】在干旱胁迫条件下研究保水剂处理对棉花植株生理生化指标变化的影响,为合理利用保水剂提供理论依据和实践参考。【方法】采用盆栽的方法,设置四个处理,分别为空白基质(CK)、CK+15 kg/hm^2保水剂、CK+30 kg/hm^2保水剂、CK+60 kg/hm^2保水剂;在干旱胁迫的条件下,检测棉花叶片的丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、过氧化物酶活性(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)等指标,并进行指标的相关性分析。【结果】丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、POD酶活性等指标随干旱胁迫的进行而明显增加(P<0.05),可以较准确地反映棉花随着缺水程度所发生的生理生化变化,而SOD酶活性表现为无规则变化。【结论】从干旱胁迫生理生化指标综合评定30 kg/hm^2保水剂处理能明显改善棉花植株的抗干旱能力。 【Objective】The effect of water retention agent( WRA) applied on physiological and biochemical index of cotton plant under drought condition was studied in order to provide a reasonable basics of WRA applied.【Method】Pot experiments with four treatment were set,they were control,control + 15 kg /h WRA,control + 30 kg / h WRA,and control + 60 kg / h WRA,respectively. Pot experiment was conducted to investigate malondialdehyde( MDA),proline,and Soluble sugar,and Soluble protein,and peroxidase,and superoxide dismutase( SOD),and to analyze correlation indexes. 【Result】MDA,proline content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and POD activity were significantly increased with drought stress( P 0. 05),which reflected the physiological and biochemical changes of cotton with the degree of water shortage,but the activity of SOD showed no change. 【Conclusion】The treatment of 30 kg / hm2 WRA could greatly improve the drought resistance of cotton plants in terms of the physiological and biochemical indexes of drought stress.
