摘要
激光-电弧复合焊作为一种新型高效复合焊接工艺,受到国内外学者的广泛重视。综述了激光-电弧复合焊热源耦合机理及数值模拟热源模型,详细介绍了复合热源模型的应用及等离子体的模拟现状,指出了建立激光-电弧复合焊统一的数学模型是未来研究的新方向。
As a new type of efficient composite welding technology, laser-arc hybrid welding has attracted attention of scholars at home and abroad widely.In this paper,the coupling mechanism of heat source and the required heat source model in numerical simulation of laser-arc hybrid welding are outlined.And then,the application of coupling heat source and the hybrid plasma are detailed.And it points out that the establishment of unified mathematical model in laser-arc hybrid welding would be the future research trend.
