摘要
目的探讨Klippel-Trenaunay综合征(KTS)的临床表现及MRI影像特点。方法回顾性分析经临床和影像学检查确诊的6例KTS患者的临床及影像学资料。结果 6例患者均有单侧肢体肥大,5例病变位于小腿,1例位于整条下肢;5例出现下肢及腹部皮肤葡萄酒色斑块状血管瘤;MRI显示单侧下肢皮下浅静脉纡曲扩张4例;MRI发现小腿软组织内血管瘤3例;1例伴有颅骨板障增生及软脑膜血管瘤。结论 MRI能准确显示KTS患者的血管病变及其与周围组织的关系,有效评价骨或软组织增生肥大。
Objective To explore the clinical feature and imaging characteristics of Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome（KTS）.Methods Six patients were diagnosised as KTS by clinical and imaging examination,and then the medical records and imaging data was reviewed retrospectively.Results Unilateral limb hypertrophy was found in 6patients,including 5cases in the calf,1case in the entire lower limb.Port wine stain of lower limbs and abdomen were found in 5cases.MRI showed superficial varicose veins of lower limbs in 4cases,soft tissue hemangioma in 3cases,hyperplasia of skull diploe and pia mater hemangioma in 1case.Conclusion MRI can be used to show the vascular lesions and its relationship with the surrounding tissue in patients with KTS accurately,and evaluate the hypertrophy of bone and soft tissue.
