摘要
京津冀地区的资本效率低下、产业结构重叠、资源配置低效等产业问题制约着京津冀一体化的步伐。从京津冀区域经济一体化的目标出发,利用计量模型和产业一体化相关指数,着重分析京津冀产业一体化的现状和面临的问题,应进一步落实京津冀协同发展规划、突破行政体制分割,统筹区域产业发展;加强顶层设计,优化产业布局;促进区域内要素合理流动。
The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region＇s capital efficiency, industry structure overlap, inefficient allocation of resources ect.industral problem restricts the pace of integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. From the regional economic integration of BeijingTianjin-Hebei goal, using econometric models and the integration of industrial related index, focuses on the analysis of the status quo and industrial problem of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, put forward to implement the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and collaborative planning and development, breakthrough administrative and institutional fragmentation and co-ordination of regional industrial development; to strengthen top-level design, optimize the industrial layout; promote regional rational flow of factors.
