The Enterprise and the Farmer' Effort Levels of the Quality and Safety——Based on Different Cooperative Mode of the Enterprise and the Farmer

考虑农产品质量安全问题中农户和企业努力水平对农产品产量和价格的不同影响效应,通过构建优化模型,利用库恩塔克定理,分别分析企业与农户是独立经济个体、一体化经济组织不同合作模式下各自努力水平的最优决策。结论表明:企业努力水平对农产品最终供给量和农产品价格的双重正负效应,以及农户努力水平对农产品最终供给量的正效应,导致企业与农户的最优努力水平决策差异。企业与农户要依据合作模式、市场对企业声誉价值认可度、企业社会责任、农户种植农产品的努力程度等多方面因素进行合作决策,确保农产品质量安全。

Considering the different effect of the effort levels of the farmer and the enterprise on the output and the price, the optimal models are built and solved by the Kuhn-Tucker theory to analyze the optimal decisions of the enterprise＇s effort level and the farmer＇s effort level in different modes in which the enterprise and the farmer are independent economic individuals and the enterprise and the farmer are economic integration. The main results show that the effort level of the enterprise has the negative effect on the final supply quantity and the positive effect on the price, and the effort level of the farmer has the positive effect on the final supply quantity, so the optimal effort levels of the enterprise and the farmer are different. The cooperative decision the enterprise and the farmer should be based on many factors, including the cooperative mode, the recognition for the reputation of the enterprise in the market, the corporate social responsibility, the attitude of farmer planting the agricultural products, in order to ensure the quality and safety of the agricultural product.
