中国石化中原油田分公司推进"油公司"体制机制建设,突出采油管理区的核心地位。采油管理区担负着油田的油气生产、注水管理等主要工作,涉及的工种较多,多属于危险性岗位。针对采油区岗位的特殊性、多样性,优化标准体系建设,分析了目前的技术现状和存在的问题,探讨了采油管理区标准体系的建立方法,开展岗位标准体系研究。

The oil production management areas are responsible for the oil and gas production, the water injection management and other major works of an oilfield, and they involve the many types of work, most of which are dangerous posts.The construction of the standard system is optimized According to the particularity and diversity of the oil production management areas. Based on the analysis of the present technical situation and existing problems of the oil production areas, the method of establishing the standard system of oil production management zones is discussed.
