Review of Downhole Multiphase Flow Measurement Techniques

摘要 井下多相流量数据对于进行层间产量分配、定位生产异常、确定生产率指数及多层合采具有重要意义,尤其是对于开发成本较高的深水井和分支井等具有重要的价值。多相流测量一直是一个世界性的难题,由于井下环境的特殊性,将多相流量计用于井下流量和温度压力的测量,对多相流量计的设计、加工和应用又提出了新的挑战。调研了国内外井下多相流计量技术的研究现状,列举了目前较为成熟的几种井下多相流测量技术,分析了井下多相流测量所面临的挑战和未来的发展趋势。 Downhole multiphase flow data is important to the production distribution of different layers, the determination of production anomaly, the determination of productivity index and the combination production of several layers, and especially it has important value to the development of deep wells and multilateral wells with high cost. Multiphase flow measurement is always a difficult problem in the world, the requirements of the multiphase flow meter used for the measurement of downhole flow, temperature and pressure in the design, processing and application are high because of the particularity of the downhole environment. The domestic and international research status of the multiphase flow metering technology is investigated, the currently mature several downhole multiphase flow measurement techniques are listed, and the challenges and the future trend of the downhole multiphase flow measurement are and are analyzed.
