基于NAPA Steel模型导出模块程序的研究

摘要 NAPA Steel具有从初步设计到自动生成结构网格模型的功能,将划分好的网格模型导入到有限元分析软件就可以直接对所要分析的结构进行计算。文中以坐底式平台为例,通过基于NAPA BASIC宏程序语言对NAPA数据库中宏程序的再开发,成功实现从利用NAPA进行初步设计到ANSYS结构有限元模型分析,大大减少了有限元结构分析软件建模时间,可以为以后坐底式平台、自升式平台等海洋工程结构打造船舶数字化智能设计平台提供参考,减少设计人员的冗余工作,提高设计效率。 NAPA Steel has the function of automatically generating the structure features of grid model from the preliminary design. The divided grid model is put into the FEM analysis software and then the structure which needs to be analyzed is calculated directly. Taking the bottom-supported platform as an example, based on the re-development of the macro program NAPA BASIC in NAPA database, it is successfully accomplished from NAPA structure preliminary design to the ANSYS finite element model analysis, which greatly reduces the manual finite element structure modeling time. It provides reference to the future establishment of digitalized intelligent design platform for marine engineering structures such as bottom-supported platforms and jack-up platforms, which can reduce the redundant work and raise design efficiency.
