Secondary Development of AM Software for Embedded Automatic Pipeline Drawing System

DANA FPSO项目是中远船务签署的英国DANA石油公司的FPSO项目,是国内第一个独立进行油气工艺模块的设计和生产的交钥匙合同,保障项目按期交付意义重大。在使用AM软件进行管路设计出图时发现管路小票图信息缺失或错误,需手动进行修改和统计,严重影响了项目设计工期和生产进度,针对该问题,组织专项小组进行嵌入式自动管路出图系统的开发,以提高设计出图质量,全面克服了DANA项目管路出图问题,缩短了建造工期,确保项目进度的顺利推进。

The DANA FPSO project is signed by COSCO-shipyard with British DANA Petroleum Company, which is the first domestic turnkey contract with independent design and production of oil and gas process module. Ensuring the project delivery on time is of great significance. During the pipeline design and drawing by AM software, it occurs the diagram information missing or mistake, which need to be manually modified and counted and seriously impact the project design period and production schedule. In view of the problem, a special team is organized to develop the embedded automatic pipeline drawing system in order to improve the design quality, overcome the problems in the DANA project piping drawing process, and reduce the production period. It ensures the smooth progress of the project.
