摘要
图书馆服务质量是读者服务满意的重要保障。文章以湖南省高校图书馆服务情况:图书馆用工、服务读者比例、校区总分馆数量、通借通还、自动化管理系统、数据库采购情况等方面做了详细的调查,研究发现:图书馆用工模式呈现多元化特征、综合性高校图书馆与普通一般院校图书馆文献资源存在差异、文献资源共享是促进教育公平的重要保障。
Library service quality is an important assurance for reader service satisfaction. We conducted a detailed investigation on the current service quality of universtiy libraries in Hunan province, such as the library employment, the readers'proportion, the total number of branch campus, the free interlibrary loan system and the automatic management system and so on. The research finds the di- versified characteristics in library employment model, the literature resources differences between comprehensive university library and ordinary general college library and the important guarantee of literature resources sharing to promote education fairness. 12 refs.
