摘要
赛装节是直苴"罗罗颇"彝族公共文化的一个重要代表。近20年来,地方政府部门与当地群众就赛装节举办地点展开的博弈,突出体现了一个族群特有的公共文化并非是无边界的共享。尊重文化事象持有者的文化选择和权利,探寻"私文化"与公共性的衔接点,对当前民族村寨公共文化服务建设具有积极的现实意义。
Fashion Festival of Zhicha Village is an important public culture activity of ＂Luoluopo＂Yi ethnic group. In recent twenty years,the game between the local government and people about the site of the festival has reflected that public culture of a certain ethnic group is not the boundary of sharing. To respect the cultural choice and the right of cultural activity holders and explore the link between private culture and public culture will be of positive significance to the current construction of public culture service of ethnic villages.
