摘要
目的研究大戟科有毒中药千金子的化学成分。方法采用开放硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等方法分离化合物,运用现代波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果从千金子乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部分分离纯化得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为1-hydroxyl-3,5,8-trimethoxyxanthone(1)、1,5-dihydroxyl-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone(2)、秦皮啶(fraxidine,3)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(esculetin,4)、6-甲氧基-7羟基香豆素(scopoletin,5)、邻羟基苯甲酸(salicylic acid,6)、乌苏酸(ursolic,7)、金色酰胺醇酯(aurantiamide acetate,8)、(E)-8-oxooctadec-9-ennoic acid(9)。结论化合物1-3,9为首次从大戟属植物中得到,化合物6-7为首次从续随子植物中得到。
Objective To study chemical constituents from Euphorbia lathyris L.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and identified by physicalchemical properties and spectrascopic analysis.Results nine compounds were obtained and identified as 1-hydroxyl-3,5,8-trimethoxyxanthone(1),1,5-dihydroxyl-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone(2),fraxidine(3),esculetin(4),scopoletin(5),salicylic acid(6),ursolic(7),aurantiamide acetate(8),(E)-8-oxooctadec-9-ennoic acid(9).Conclusions Compounds 1-3,9 were isolated from Euphorbia for the first time,and compound 6-7 were isolated fromEuphorbia lathyris L.for the first time.
