黄药子肝脏毒性研究进展

Research progress on the hepatotoxicity induced by Dioscorea bulbifera

现代药理学研究表明黄药子具有抗甲状腺肿、抗癌、抗病毒、抗炎等作用,有很高的药用开发价值。但其肝脏毒性的发生大大局限了黄药子特有疗效的应用。本文主要对近几年来黄药子肝脏毒性研究进展作一综述。

The researches of modern pharmacology provide the evidence that Dioscorea bulbifera exerts antideroncus,antitumor,antivirus,anti-inflammatory and other pharmacodynamic activities,which indicate it would be a promising candidate drug. However,the hepatotoxicity induced by Dioscorea bulbifera largely limites the application of its special efficacy in clinic. This review summarizes recent studies of the hepatotoxicity induced by Dioscorea bulbifera to make a better understanding of this drug both in basic science and in clinic.
