本文以云计算、大数据等信息技术发展趋势为指导,参照普查系统的应用情况,从确保实体对象统计信息的及时性、一致性与客观性的角度,提出建立国家、省市两级的统计系统的初步设想,以支撑统计体系的完善。

This paper is based on the development trend of cloud computing, big data and other information technology, and the application of the census system, from the perspective of ensuring the timeliness, consistency and objectivity of the entity object statistics, this paper puts forward the establishment of the national, provincial and municipal level two statistical system, to support the improvement of statistical system.
