Currently,our country is in a critical phase for development and reform with some outstanding conflicts. In face of today＇s world situation, national conditions,changes of the party situation,Xi Jinping,based on the solution to the party＇s long-term ruling,party-masses relations and ＂four winds＂ issues,carries out the mass line education practice in the whole party and put forward the＂ people＇s yearning for a better life, is our goal＂ and＂ to reinforce problem oriented, pay attention to solve practical problems＂and other decisive judgments. It inherits and develops Mao Zedong＇s mass line thoughts,and opens a new realm of Marxist mass line thought,which has important era value.
