The films about＂leftover lady＂describe love stories about leftover ladies in cites, telling audience that＂ leftover ladies＂ have an unique experience about their desire and living pattern, but ignoring the real problems of overage female youth. These films fail to reflect on social issues and humanity quality. Being advised by patriarchy in a＂ kind-hearted＂ method made by mass communication,＂leftover ladies＂in real society find it is hard to live in their own ways.
