凝灰岩沥青混合料高低温和水稳定性能试验研究 被引量:9

Experimental Research on High-temperature Performance,Low-temperature Performance and Water Stability of Tuff Asphalt Mixture

摘要 为了探讨凝灰岩在高速公路沥青路面沥青混合料中的合理利用形式,开展室内试验,对比了凝灰岩、玄武岩和石灰岩集料的物理力学性能指标,对比了不同类型、不同沥青、不同岩性集料组合情况下沥青混合料的高低温和水稳定性能。结果表明:在凝灰岩颗粒形状规则、洁净的情况下,除低标号沥青混合料外,凝灰岩沥青混合料的路用性能都满足我国规范的要求;与常用岩性集料沥青混合料相比,采用凝灰岩与其他集料混掺时沥青混合料的综合路用性能有所改善。 In order to investigate a favorite way to apply tuff mineral as asphalt mixture's aggregate for expressway asphalt pavement, the laboratory tests are carried out. In the tests, the physical and mechanical characteristics of tuff aggregate, limestone aggregate and basalt aggregate are compared, the high-temperature performance, low-temperature performance and water stability of asphalt mixtures under the conditions of different mixture types, different asphalts, and different mineral aggregate combinations are also compared. The test results indicate that ( 1 ) the road performance of tuff asphalt mixture meet Chinese Specifications' requirements except for low-grade asphalt mixtures when tuff aggregate's shape is regular and clean ; (2) comparing with common lithologic aggregate asphalt mixture, the comprehensive road performance of asphalt mixture composed with tuff and other aggregate is improved.
