The rehabilitation effect of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells for hepatic ischemia - reperfusion injury

摘要 肝移植是目前终末期肝病患者及肝功能不全的肝肿瘤患者的治疗金标准,缺血.再灌注(IR)损伤在肝移植过程中是不可避免,是影响术后移植肝功能及急、慢性排斥反应发生的重要因素。其相关细胞治疗的研究近年来十分热门,骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)具有抗炎及免疫抑制的作用,可以表达多种细胞因子,促进肝细胞再生,或分化为具有肝细胞样表型的细胞,发挥肝细胞的功能,促进损伤的肝脏修复。针对BMSCs的研究已经十分广泛,本文就BMSCs修复肝脏IR损伤的作用机制作一综述。 Liver transplantation is the gold standard for treatment of end - stage liver disease and patients with liver neoplasms and liver dysfunction. And ischemia - reperfusion (IR) injury is inevitable in the transplanting process, which has a significant impact on liver function and may cause acute and chronic rejection reaction after trans- plantation. Studies about cell therapy is very popular these years, and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) are reported to play an important role in anti - inflammatory and immunosuppressive, they can paracrine a variety of cy- tokines which can promote regeneration, or differentiate into hepatocyte - like phenotype cells which can perform like hepatocytes, promote the repair of liver damage. Research about BMSCs has been very extensive, this review is going to smnmarize the mechanisms of the rehabilitation effect of the BMSCs for hepatic ischemia - reperfusion Injury.
