银川南铁路物流中心规划研究

Study on Planning of Yinchuan South Railway Logistic Center

结合银川铁路物流中心功能定位,将银川南铁路物流中心划分为成件包装货物装卸区、长大笨重货物装卸区、集装箱货物装卸区、成件包装货物仓储配送区、钢材木材仓储配送区、钢材建材流通加工区、集装箱辅助箱区、生活配套服务中心、商品展示交易贸易区、绿化区、综合开发区11个功能区,设定银川南铁路物流中心规划布局方案技术路线,预测银川南铁路物流中心园区物流量。在此基础上,分析各功能区的相关联程度,估算各功能区用地面积,确定银川南铁路物流中心规划布局方案。

Combining with functional positioning of Yinchuan railway logistic center, Yinchuan South logistic center was divided into 11 function areas, including packed goods loading area, heavy-duty freight loading area, container goods loading area, packed goods warehousing and delivery area, steel wood warehousing and delivery area, steel building materials distribution and processing area, container auxiliary tank area, life accessory service center, commodity display and trading area, greening area and comprehensive development area, and then, the technical route of planning and layout scheme of Yinchuan South logistic center was set up and the logistic volume of the logistic center was forecasted. Based on above, this paper analyzes the relationship degree among each function area, makes estimation on land use area of each function area and determines the planning and layout scheme of Yinchuan South railway logistic center.
