On Ability Structure and the Quality of Entrepreneurship of New Generation Migrant Workers

从能力结构的角度考察新生代农民工创业质量的影响因素,结果发现:新生代农民工的创业质量受调查对象的人口学特征及其它控制变量的影响,而在控制这些变量后,个体能力对新生代农民工的创业质量有着显著影响。其中,学习创新能力通过提升人力资本或以创业决策等形式作用于新生代农民工的基础型、稳定型和发展型创业质量;实践活动能力通过参与的主观体验,以创业技能的操作与运用来提升三类创业质量;资源运营能力通过对社会网络等显性或隐性资源进行创造性整合来提升新生代农民工的发展型创业质量,但其容易造成个体创业目标"游离",导致稳定型创业质量的降低;自我管理能力有利于新生代农民工缓解压力与抵御风险,提升其稳定型和发展型创业质量。

From the angle of structure of ability,this paper investigates the factors influencing the quality of entrepreneurship of the new generation migrant workers. The result shows that the quality of entrepreneurship is not only affected by the demographic characteristics of respondents,and when all of those variables are controlled,it is significantly affected by the individual ability of new generation migrant workers. Specifically,by the way of improving the human capital or taking make-decisions as a form,the learning ability of new generation of migrant workers has an impact on the stability and developmental quality of entrepreneurship; Through the presence and subject experience,as well as the application of entrepreneurial skills,the practice ability improve the three kinds of entrepreneurial quality of new generation of migrant workers significantly; By integrating those dominants or recessive resources creatively,the operating capacity of resource can improve the quality of development-oriented startup of new generation migrant workers,but at the same time as it is easy to cause the individual business goals ＂free＂,it leads to a lower quality of stable business; The self management ability is helpful to relieve stress and resist risk,and so as to improve the stability and developmental quality of entrepreneurs.
