摘要
从胶凝材料、聚合物、骨料等方面分析对比了各因素对水泥基瓷砖粘结剂拉伸粘结原强度、热老化后拉伸粘结强度的影响规律。结果表明,掺入适量的滑石粉(600目)、适宜黏度的纤维素醚、提高骨料中0.3 mm以下颗粒含量等方法均有利于改善瓷砖粘结剂耐热老化性能;丙烯酸类可再分散胶粉对瓷砖粘结剂耐热老化后拉伸粘结强度的提升效果优于醋酸乙烯酯/乙烯共聚物胶粉。
In this paper, influencing rules of standard condition and heat-resistance tensile bond strength for cement-based tile adhesive was studied in terms of cementing material,polymer, and aggregate properties. The results show that adding suitable talcum powder (600 mesh)and cellulose ether with viscosity,increasing the content of particles in aggregate under 0.3 mm are very important means to improve the heat-resistance tensile bond strength for cement-based tile adhesive. The anti-aging property of tile adhesive with acrylate redispersible polymer powder was better than ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer powder.
