基于多源数据的出租车运行监测分析指标体系研究

Study on the Index System of Taxi Operation Monitoring Based on Multi-source Data

对出租车各类数据结构进行了介绍,基于出租车多源数据,提出了面向出行者、行业管理者和政府主管部门不同用户需求的出租车运行监测指标体系,并给出了出租车运行监测指标体系中关键指标的计算模型.最后,以北京市出租车多源数据为例,计算得出了出租车运行监测的部分重要指标值,为准确掌握城市出租车运行情况、制定出租车发展战略、改善出租车行业管理、推动出租车良性可持续发展提供了决策支持.

The paper introduced a vareity of taxi data structures firstly. The index system of taxi operation monitoring was proposed based on multi-source data considering the different needs of traveler,industry managers and government departments. Then,the calculation methods of key indicators in index system of taxi operation monitoring were given. Finally,taking the multi-source data of Beijing taxi as an example,the study calculated some important indicators of the taxi operation monitoring. This paper provided important decision making support in taxi development strategy formulation, taxi industry management improvement and taxi sustainable development through accurately grasping the taxi operation characteristics.
